The world’s central banks are in control this week and the biggest surprise so far is that the stock market doesn’t seem to mind.

The major U.S. indexes looked set for a higher open Monday as investors brace for a rare week when all major central banks are scheduled to hold crucial policy-setting meetings and decide what steps, if any, to take to help economies cushion the Omicron effect.
